Alkaline wastewater neutralization device

For water purification plants and various factory wastewater! High reaction efficiency contributes to reduced running costs!

The "Alkaline Wastewater Neutralization Device" achieves high reaction efficiency by adopting a specialized mixer, which has a proven track record as a gas-liquid mixing device in a wide range of fields such as beverages and agriculture, at the core of the reaction unit. As a result, it reduces the amount of gas used, compacts the device, and improves both maintainability and reliability. Additionally, by using chemicals in conjunction with carbon dioxide, abnormal pH drops due to excessive injection do not occur. By automatically proportionally controlling the chemical supply according to the wastewater, stable and highly reliable treatment is possible. 【Features】 ■ High reaction efficiency with low chemical usage ■ Short processing time and compact device ■ No abnormal pH drops due to excessive injection ■ Automatic proportional control of chemical supply according to wastewater ■ Easy operation with the possibility of automatic operation ■ Easier maintenance due to the disassemblable mixer compared to conventional products *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Neutralization Treatment of High-Temperature Boiler Drainage

Introducing a case study of neutralizing 80℃ boiler drain water in a space-saving manner.

A major plant engineering company consulted us about installing a high-temperature alkaline boiler wastewater neutralization system in a new building in Tokyo, seeking a space-saving solution. The space for the neutralization process was very limited, so we devised various strategies to optimize space usage. Additionally, due to the need for complex temperature management, we implemented a dedicated touch panel control for the site. This was evaluated as making site management significantly easier. [Case Study] ■ Delivery: A certain high-rise building in Tokyo ■ Application: Neutralization treatment of 80°C boiler wastewater *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Case Study】Neutralization Treatment of Wastewater from Asbestos-Containing Coating Removal

Introduction of a case study on the neutralization treatment of wastewater from the removal of asbestos-containing coatings in truck-mounted specifications.

We received an inquiry from a painting contractor in Aichi Prefecture asking if we could perform pH neutralization treatment for wastewater containing asbestos paint removal. Since it will be used at various sites, they wanted to mount it on a truck for operation. We designed and proposed it considering outdoor use and vibration resistance with a unit frame. Regarding the removal of asbestos-containing paint, the user expressed a desire to neutralize only the supernatant. Therefore, we devised a flow using a float skimmer and an air diaphragm pump of the ADD type to only suck up the supernatant. We also ensured that the control panel could complete the integration with the neutralization treatment process, and we addressed the pressurization for further filtration of the neutralized raw water with the ADD type. [Case Study] ■ Delivery: Painting contractor in Aichi Prefecture ■ Application: pH neutralization treatment of wastewater from asbestos-containing paint removal (truck-mounted specification) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
